Worldwide FM with Kate Hutchinson - 24th November 2017

Monthly show from Kate Hutchinson, Guardian music and culture journalist, broadcaster and DJ from London.
Kate is joined by comedian and writer Stewart Lee, who’ll be taking a quick break from his Content Provider show at Leicester Square Theatre to provide a two-hour alternative globe-trotting jukebox, live from our London studio. He’ll be talking to Kate about the songs that remind him of Edinburgh fringe and touring with post-punk band The Nightingales, plus the music he’s discovered on his travels to New Mexico, Montreal, Melbourne, his ATP takeover in Prestatyn and beyond.

Brace your ears for jazz, krautrock, alt-folk, psych-rock, reggae and outsider ballads from The Fall, Tragically Hip, The Ex with Getachew Mekuria, Ali Farka Touré, Faust, Napalm Death and maybe even The Wombles.
