1997 Stewart performed 26 five-minute slots on Channel 5's COMEDY NETWORK, which stand as a monument to his youthful greatness. Ex-Tinky Winky star Dave Thompson is rumoured to be obsessed with them. The series was broadcast on Channel 5 and is in an eternal late night cable TV repeat loop that renders it tediously over-familiar. August 1997 King Dong vs Moby Dick. Stew's absurdly expensive attempt to conjure the spirit of the white whale also featured the debut Edinburgh appearance from the Mighty Boosh. |
